Dr. Peter Farrell
Dr. Farrell is the founder and chairman of the board of ResMed (RMD), a NYSE traded company that changes lives with medical devices and cutting-edge cloud-based software applications that better diagnose, treat and manage sleep apnea, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other chronic diseases. Dr. Farrell also is Chairman of Arcturus, Inc. (ARCT), a NASDAQ-listed leading clinical-stage messenger RNA medicines company focused on the development of infectious disease vaccines and significant opportunities within liver and respiratory rare diseases. Dr. Farrell is on the board of trustees of The Scripps Research Institute, as well as a member of the MIT Dean of Engineering Advisory Board and the Executive Council of the Division of Sleep Medicine at Harvard Medical School, of which he was chair during 2011-2013.

Dr. Pablo Guzman
Dr. Guzman received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from St Peter’s University in Jersey City in 1971, his Medical Degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1975, and his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore in 1980. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine (1978) and Cardiovascular Diseases (1981). He joined the staff at Johns Hopkins in 1980 and his duties included patient care, teaching, and both clinical and basic science research in the dog lab. He has over 30 articles in peer reviewed journals and many abstracts, some of them presented in national meetings including the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology. While at Hopkins, he became a Fellow of the American Heart Association Council on Clinical Cardiology, a member of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology, and a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology and served as the Assistant Director of the cardiac catheterization lab and Co-director of the permanent pacemaker lab and Co-director of the cardiac catheterization lab at Baltimore City Hospital (Now Francis Scott Key Hospital). Dr. Guzman practiced Medicine/Interventional Cardiology in South Florida for [35] years, and in 1987 Dr. Guzman designed and became the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Boca Raton Community Hospital (now Boca Regional Hospital) and a Fellow of the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. He then became the Associate Director of the Cardiac catheterization Laboratory at North Ridge Medical Center. He is a past president of the Caducean Society of Greater Fort Lauderdale, a past Chief of the Department of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Diseases at North Ridge Medical Center. Dr. Guzman was a managing partner of Cardiology Associates of Fort Lauderdale, and a past member of The Broward County Medical Association and sits on the Board of Trustees at Holy Cross Health, a member of Trinity Health since 2015. He sits on the Scientific Advisory Board of Campbell Neurosciences Inc. and Therapeutics Solutions International.

Dr. Bradley Messmer
Dr. Bradley Messmer is the founder and CEO of Abreos Bioscience, a wholly owned subsidiary of AegirBio and a biotechnology expert.

Dr. Messmer invented the Veritope platform while a faculty researcher at UC San Diego and has developed the technology since 2013. Prior, his academic worked focused on technology development for diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to cancer and autoimmunity. In addition to the above roles, Bradley Messmer has no other ongoing assignments. Bradley Messmer has previously held the position of Chairman of the Board of Abreos Sweden AB. He holds a PhD in molecular biology from Rockefeller University.

Benjamin Floyd
Mr. Jones has a history of successful business accomplishments including managing an over 100 million a year consumer product enterprise, as well as nurturing and facilitating growth and expansion of multiple start-up businesses. Mr. Jones currently owns one of Americas great art galleries under the name of Art World Western Heritage Galleries which has featured artists such as Olaf Wieghorst, Howard Terpning, and Frank McCarthy and many more. With an estimated gross revenue of over $50 million in sales through the years, Art World Western Herritage Galleries is regarded as one of North America’s prestigious art galleries. Being a pillar of the community, Mr. Jones created the USA Golf Masters, which for 15 years has provided services for non-profit organizations that has helped raise millions of dollars for charity work.

Howard Leonhardt
Howard Leonhardt is an inventor and serial entrepreneur. He has 21 U.S. patents with over 100 patent claims for products for treating cardiovascular disease and has over 40 new patent claims pending. His TALENT (Taheri-Leonhardt) stent graft developed in the early 1990′s holds a leading world market share for repairing aortic aneurysms without surgery. His inventions have treated over 500,000 patients in 60 countries. In early 1999 Leonhardt founded Bioheart, Inc. www.bioheartinc.com a leader in applying adult muscle stem cells to treat heart failure.. Leonhardt holds a Diploma in International Trade from Anoka Technical College. He attended the University of Minnesota,Anoka Ramsey College and UCLA Extension. He holds an honorary Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Northern California and is an honorary alumnus of the University of Florida and Florida International University. He is co-leader of Startup California and Founder and Chairman of The California Stock Exchange TM (Cal-X) preparing to be the first social good impact stock exchange currently operating the Cal-X 30 Social Good Impact fund powered by Motif Investing- www.calstockexchange.com – He founded Cal-X Crowdfund Connect www.calxcrowdfund.com a crowdfunding campaign management co. and Cal-X Stars Business Accelerator, Inc.www.calxstars.com a business incubator and accelerator focused on cardiovascular life sciences and social good impact innovations.

J. CHRISTOPHER MIZER
J. Christopher Mizer, a 25-year veteran of the alternative investment industry, founded Vivaris Capital, LLC in June of 1998 and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Vivaris (formerly Lake Erie Capital) invests in and acquires middle-market businesses in healthcare, life sciences, and technology that are leaders in their market niches. Mr. Mizer serves as the chairman of each of the portfolio companies and guides key strategic decisions and their execution. He also serves as the operating president on an interim basis when companies are going through periods of ownership succession and new management team members are being assembled. Vivaris Capital’s VICAN Fund is a multi-strategy fund offering hybrid hedge and private equity structures to investors seeking to access institutional quality alternative investments with high-growth, high-return potential while securing their principal. (biology – neurogenetics), and MBA (finance, accounting) degrees from Case Western Reserve University.
